All our pets must be fully current on their vaccinations in the form of a veterinary signed certificate or a receipt from your Veterinarian with the vaccines given and expiration date. You need to present proof on day of arrival or they may be e-mailed to us
We will require an emergency contact number regarding the care of your pet, as well as your Vets name and number. Your emergency contact will be responsible for any decisions that need to be made regarding your pet’s health
You may bring your pet’s own food from home. All pets are fed according to your instructions and have access to clean, fresh water at all times. We also have a refrigerator, microwave and freezer for any special dietary requirements. Treats are fed freely unless pet owners advise otherwise.
We will administer any medication including of insulin or allergy injections
It is important for us to be aware of any past health issues, or behavioral concerns. We need to know if your pet has experienced any of the following: bloating, seizures, heart murmurs, eye or ear infections, constipation, diarrhea, tumors, urinary tract infections, arthritis, allergies, etc. Please make us aware of any aggressive tendencies towards people, food, dogs. etc.

Our booking rates work very similar to that of any standard Hotel operations. We have a very specific block of time designated in the morning and in the afternoon of every day.
These two blocks of time are set aside specifically for the checking in and the checking out process. In addition to these two designated blocks of time everyday, specific half hour intervals of appointment blocks are found within. These appointment blocks are used for guests to make a reservation for them to arrive and check in, or arrive and pick up.
These guests and only these guests will be permitted to check in or check out during their respective half hour block appointment time.
The vast majority of most statutory holidays found over the course of a calendar year are no different than any other regular business operating day. With two exceptions, Christmas and Boxing Day.
In order to allow our staff to have their own Christmas holidays we are closed for these two days. However we do conduct our checkout process for the previous day during these holidays as it is necessary to facilitate those customers finalized visit. We do not accept arrivals on Christmas or Boxing Day
We understand and accept that time is valuable for everybody and although it maybe somewhat of an inconvenience for individuals to commit to a very specific time period for arrival at Thee Kennel, it serves a significant purpose.
Mandating that our guests commit to a specific time. Within our checkout and check out blocks on a daily basis provides the stability and functionality to allow the pet or pets being processed their own privacy and independence from the remainder of the kennel currently staying with us.
The newcomer or the pet that's leaving is essentially physically and Visually kept separate from all other animals currently on site. This is done to alleviate substantial amounts of stress on all of the animals .
The kennel understands and respects that every individual is different and has scheduling conflicts that may arise without warning.
While we are sympathetic to this fact, our policy regarding checking in and checking out however remains strictly enforced. Should an individual arrive much later than 6:00 p.m. to retrieve their pet an additional charge for boarding will be implemented.
Furthermore we cannot unfortunately facilitate exceptions for individuals requesting considerable leniency with arriving earlier than 8:00 a.m. to check out.
Our establishment functions smoothly provided these policies are followed and assists in allowing us to conduct business successfully with you and your pet.
We accept cash, check, and electronic money transfer as acceptable forms of payment, they continue to be the only methods used for finalizing guest invoice.
Absolutely no form of card payment will be accepted either in advance or upon visiting. Furthermore we do not collect payments from our guests at any other time Other than when they are at our physical location.
